What is Nkọwa okwu?

Nkọwa okwu is an online Igbo dictionary with over 25,000+ dialectal words, 50,000+ Igbo sentences, 100+ hours of Igbo audio, and 19 dialects. Nkọwa okwu is built on top of and leverages the Igbo API to create the highest-quality, accessible, and robust language learning language tools. Nkọwa okwu is an open-source project built by amazing volunteers.

What is Igbo API?

The Igbo API is the most extensive multidialectal, audio-supported, open-source Igbo-English dictionary API. It makes it incredibly easy for users to request Igbo words by searching in Igbo or English.
