Setting Up and Facilitating Meetings

It’s the Project Manager’s responsibility to create weekly meetings with team members to ensure that the project is moving along as expected

Specifically, we have a section where it’s the Project Manager’s responsibility to take notes during each meeting Meeting Notes

This means that you will be present for four different types of meetings:

• General team meetings
• Lexicographer / Reviewer meetings
• Software engineer meetings
• Project owner team meetings

Get Familiar with the Igbo API Editor Platform

Lexicographers and Reviewers will be spending most of their time working within the Igbo API Editor Platform.

Please follow the Lexicographer/Translator Onboarding documentation to set up an account within the platform if you haven’t already.

Install the Codebase

You will be making changes to the Igbo API codebase, so please download the project onto your machine.
