Here’s some background information about the Audio Recorder - Extended Project and Reviewer Role [Deprecated March 2023]
As Lexicographers and Reviewers, you will be spending nearly all your time working within the Igbo API Editor Platform.
Please follow the Lexicographer/Translator Onboarding documentation to set up an account within the platform if you haven’t already.
There’s also the Igbo API Editor Platform Reference Guide document that does a really good job of breaking down the different features made available to Lexicographers and Reviewers
This project uses specific vocabulary to describe the nature of the work getting completed. Please review the Igbo API Editor Platform Terminology document that defines commonly used terms.
Lexicographer Work Process - this document will give you a better insight on what work the lexicographers are completing
Reviewer Work Process - this document will give you a better insight on what work the reviewers are completing
The Project Manager is responsible for setting up and taking notes within the weekly Lexicographer and Reviewer meetings.
The main focus of these meetings is to address and concern, errors, and comments that might have arose within the past week of creating, editing, and reviewing words and examples.
